New flavors "KOJI CLEAR UME" and "KOJI CLEAR YUZU," featuring carefully selected domestic Japanese fruit juices, are now available from KOJI CLEAR!
Es Inc. (Head office: Daisen City, Akita Prefecture; Representative Director: Shuhei Akimoto) is pleased to announce the launch of two new additions to its "KOJI CLEAR" fermented beverage lineup — "KOJI CLEAR YUZU" and "KOJI CLEAR UME" — featuring carefully selected domestic Japanese fruit juices, available from Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
"KOJI CLEAR" is a non-alcoholic koji drink crafted at a sake brewery in Akita, evolving the traditional production method of amazake — known as the "drinkable IV drip." The new flavors maintain KOJI CLEAR's signature commitment to no added sugar and no preservatives, while featuring only carefully selected domestic fruit juices for a refreshingly crisp taste.
New Flavor Highlights
KOJI CLEAR YUZU — The Refreshing Aroma of Domestic Yuzu
Contains 2% domestic yuzu juice. The fragrant domestic yuzu harmonizes beautifully with the gentle sweetness derived from koji, bringing out the crystal clarity that defines KOJI CLEAR — delivering a clean, refreshing taste.
KOJI CLEAR UME — The Sweet-Tart Taste of Domestic Ume
Contains 5% domestic ume (plum) juice. Domestic ume blends with the gentle sweetness of koji, creating a nostalgic yet new sweet-and-sour flavor.
