About the Recipe
When warmed, the acidity of KOJI CLEAR mellows out and the bitter and sweet taste of marmalade is added, causing you to sigh with relief. The addition of ginger also warms the body, so if you feel tired on a cold day, you have no choice but to drink it.
Ingredients
KOJI CLEAR 100ml
Marmalade 30g
Ginger 3g
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat to about 50°C (122°F).
※Fresh ginger is recommended, but tubes are also acceptable. It can be cooked in a microwave oven if you use a heat-resistant container such as a mug.
