Put KOJI CLEAR in a pot and heat it with lemon, cinnamon, and pepper. This non-alcoholic cocktail is like hot wine, but with the soft sweetness and sourness of malt, and is recommended for cold winters with a sense of harmony. Ingredients
Ingredients (for 2 persons)
KOJI CLEAR 300-400 ml
2 or 3 slices of lemon
1 pinch of cinnamon
Mixed pepper - a little
Preparation
STEP 1
Place KOJI CLEAR, cinnamon, and mixed pepper in a saucepan.
STEP 2
Heat until just before boiling, then turn off the heat and add lemon slices.
STEP3
Pour in a cup and serve.
