The refreshing taste of KOJI CLEAR, like a sports drink, and the crisp acidity of lemon run through the mouth in this new sour.
Ingredients
KOJI CLEAR 100ml
Tonic water 40ml
Cointreau 30 ml
lemon squeeze 1/8
Preparation
Step 1
Fill a long, narrow glass with an appropriate amount of ice and squeeze 1/8 of a lemon cut into the glass.
Step 2
Pour 30 ml of Cointreau, pour 1:1 KOJI CLEAR and tonic water, and steer.
※It looks gorgeous and refreshing without tonic water, and can be served in a rocks glass with crushed ice.
