Ingredients
KOJI CLEAR 45ml
Cold Sake 45ml
Lime juice 1 teaspoon
Preparation
Step 1
Place an appropriate amount of large ice cubes in a low-back glass that would look good with sake.
Step 2
Pour in 45 ml of well-chilled, fresh seasonal sake.
Step 3
Pour 45 ml of KOJI CLEAR and stir
